The International Industry Congress for Energy Transition (CITE 2025) faces its final stretch with 95% of the capacity already full. If you have not yet secured your place, now is the time. The sector’s benchmark event will bring together the main leaders and agents of the energy transition on October 23rd in Baluarte (Pamplona) to discuss the current challenges and opportunities that will mark the future of the sector.

In this context, one of the highlights of the meeting will be the keynote by Yana Popkostova, founder of ECEGA (European Centre for Energy and Geopolitical Analysis), who will offer a strategic vision on the challenges and opportunities of the European renewable industry in the current geopolitical context. His expertise covers geopolitical, governance and commodity volatility, as well as resource scarcity and climate risks to energy security. Popkostova advises international organizations, diplomatic corps and boards of directors of large corporations.
The event will be preceded by the institutional opening, featuring the Minister of Industry and Tourism, Jordi Hereu, the President of the Government of Navarre, María Chivite, and the President of Enercluster, Aitor Erquicia.
From there, the CITE 2025 program will offer a full agenda of debates and panels around the major axes of the energy transition. The morning conversation will include a panel of Wind CEOs; and another one in which international experiences in the defense of the renewable value chain will be showcased. Two meetings are also planned for PV&Storage CEOs and one for Developers, respectively.
Among the speakers participating in all these discussion forums are: José Luis Blanco (Nordex Group), Adolfo Rebollo (Ingeteam), Silvia Gavorníková (OECD), Ruben Davis (Cleantech for Europe), Christoph Podewils (ESMC), Arantza Ezpeleta (Acciona Energía), and Rocío Sicre (EDP Renovables), among others.
In the afternoon, the discussion will continue with the O&M Panel, focusing on how technologies such as artificial intelligence, drones or robotics are transforming operation and maintenance services. In parallel, the Luneta Room will host the Energy Storage Panel, where the Spanish market outlook and lessons learned from other more mature environments will be analyzed.
The sessions will continue with the Green Hydrogen Panel, which will review the real expectations of this technology and its competitive applications, and the Grid Panel, which will examine the ability of the power grid to integrate current and future renewable deployment.
The congress will close with the intervention of Mikel Irujo, Minister of Economic and Business Development of the Government of Navarra, together with Aitor Erquicia, President of Enercluster, in the institutional closing ceremony.
